As is always the case with anything involving former-Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, our unbiased, objective, not-at-all-liberal media couldn't wait to mock her impeachment case against President Obama -- but not everyone is laughing. According to reporting from The Hill, The White House fears exactly that should the president take executive action to grant amnesty to thousands of illegals.

If Obama Unilaterally Grants Amnesty
I think the administration knows that will never happen, it's simply baiting the right... and generate lib talking points

He has no authority to do a lot of the things he has done.
Only, Congress won’t do anything about it. He could care less about impeachment. He would see it as making him stronger in the eyes of the 51%’ers. Remember, he only has two more years to go.
Impeachment and conviction .... is long overdue.
If honest, it will likely be revealed that the Impostor is
in a family of terrorists and is not even an American.
Impeaach! Convict! Imprison the traitor!
Then, purge the Congress, the next day!
It seems to me that the Congress needs to have those articles of impeachment updated and ready to go at any moment —
I don’t think he fears impeachment. I think he sees it as taking one for the team. Impeachment at this point would be a hollow victory and just rally the dims base. I think we need to back off the impeachment talk, take the Senate in November, and then go in guns blazing, and not stop at impeachment but press criminal charges.
This talk of impeachment from on-high is all being generated by the Obama political advisors. This is proof enough to me that Obama plans on administrative-action to grant amnesty to some, or all of the migrants. His people are circling the wagons for a political fight by making it all about him — and I thought the Clintons were good at this!
It’s all just a big political calculation. Obama knows that he will not be removed from office as the Senate won’t allow it (even a Republican controlled Senate). If he is impeached by the House, he will turn around and cry that he is a victim of White male racists—his base will eat it up. A few Blacks are getting wise to his game, as even they see that importing tens of millions of illegals will not help them—unfortunately, there are not enough of these and they may just not vote (vs. voting Republican).
Make no mistake, Obama is intent on creating tens of millions (maybe up to 100M) of new Democratic clients (voters) in his remaining time in office—legal or illegal. Forget Obamacare—stacking the deck to put conservatives in permanent, minority status will be his REAL legacy.
This is Boner's failing. He shouldn't be saying there will be no impeachment, that makes the decision his. He should be pointing out that Republicans cleaned up our mess when we had a president trying to go imperial, and this is the democrats' mess to clean up.
That puts it all on the democrats politically AND would give republicans cover if they ever did wind up impeaching against the democrats wishes.
Politically, it puts the responsibility on the voters not to rubber-stamp by voting party above all else.
