He has no authority to grant amnesty. Only Congress can. And Please - I don't want to hear "that has not stopped him yet!".

It will have no legal bearing.

He doesn’t care at this point about amnesty. He just wants to let them all in so they can vote.

True, if we had a legitimate separation powers in force...

The elephant in the room is we have a constitutional crisis in play today and nobody seem to notice...

If Obama Unilaterally Grants Amnesty

I think the administration knows that will never happen, it's simply baiting the right... and generate lib talking points

“He has no authority to grant amnesty. Only Congress can.”

He has no authority to do a lot of the things he has done.
Only, Congress won’t do anything about it. He could care less about impeachment. He would see it as making him stronger in the eyes of the 51%’ers. Remember, he only has two more years to go.

So? People break the law all the time. I see it in my own family. Unless someone more powerful stops them, they continue.

True. Nor does anyone outside of Congress have the ability to create Law; yet, how many regulations have the force of Law, how many edicts from the bench?

As if the cabal in D.C. would give up their cushy gig to do their JOB...What better indication that the recent MS battle where D.C. threw their $$/’power’ behind an senile incumbent vs. having new ‘blood/fire-in-the-belly’??
