I'm game, how is it that anti-gay laws promote promiscuous and unprotected sex and HIV? I mean I know how the "gay lifestyle", promiscuous, indiscriminate, unprotected sex in bathhouses with multiple partners which is the gay lifestyle promotes HIV. I'm just a tad confused as to how "anti-gay" laws do.

All marriages in the US WERE equal. ARE equal. HAVE ALWAYS BEEN equal.
That is, unless you're talking about the 21st century Pet Rock known as gay marriage - which isn't marriage at all and therefore can never be equal to anything and especially not the real thing.

A crock of crap. The latest studies showed AIDS had gone down in the general population but is in epidemic proportions in the US in the Queer population ... and there are no anti-gay/sodomy laws for consenting adults left in the US.

The Uganda law is how you write a good law on dealing with practicing gays. It is arguably not the optimal policy, but it is an adequate policy, certainly better than allowing marriage and the family to be destroyed.
Removing practicing homosexuals from the public seems to be an excellent way to stop the spread of AIDS. There's a lot of mythology going around about AIDS, namely that it is caused by HIV. AIDS seems to be caused by the drugs used by gays and is effectively spread mostly through sodomy. It's easy to prevent, yet "don't be licentious" is a foreign concept to the sex-depraved Left.
