A crock of crap. The latest studies showed AIDS had gone down in the general population but is in epidemic proportions in the US in the Queer population ... and there are no anti-gay/sodomy laws for consenting adults left in the US.
Removing practicing homosexuals from the public seems to be an excellent way to stop the spread of AIDS. There's a lot of mythology going around about AIDS, namely that it is caused by HIV. AIDS seems to be caused by the drugs used by gays and is effectively spread mostly through sodomy. It's easy to prevent, yet "don't be licentious" is a foreign concept to the sex-depraved Left.
