We have a place around the corner that makes their own sausage, very good stuff. Little family store, been around forever. Makes for a wonderful sauerkraut and sausage dinner.
When you grill it, serious flaming happens.

Problem with sausage could be the pork in NYC—Muslims won’t eat it. They have to use beef sausage, to which the Italians say “Ha-laaaagh!”
I know. The other day at Sam’sClub the lady was handing out samples of Skinny Popcorn. I told her It does not work, I have been eating 4 bags a week and I have not lost one pound.

I don’t think so.
It’s chopped up much like onions and placed on the pizza just like any other topping. The sauce is a regular tomato sauce. Tastes good.

My two faves...but I have to stick with cheese or Canadian bacon these days. Believe me, I am and have always been a pizzaholic. Cold pizza is also a breakfast food...in my world.

LOL...it’s been a pretty high-stress week for me, this was fun. Yes, sausage is an option for people that order the pizza, but it’s not always an option for people that have no choice when it shows up.
