Jackie Kennedy wanted to divorce her philandering husband and was given $1m to stay
UK Daily Mail ^ | June 3, 2014 | Caroline Howe

ackie Kennedy’s marriage to JFK was headed to a divorce when his life was cut short by an assassin's bullet in November 1963. She was about to become the only First Lady to divorce a sitting president. That's the shocking bombshell in a new book Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis: A life Beyond Her Wildest Dreams by Darwin Porter and Danforth Prince from Blue Moon Productions publisher. Jackie had had enough. Fed up with his constant womanizing, and having her own dalliances that fueled the fire of her desire for liberation, Jackie told her confidantes that she wanted out. Her anger amped up after Marilyn Monroe's humiliating 'Happy Birthday Mr. President' performance And it wasn't the first time Jackie threatened to divorce Jack. By the late 1950s, Jackie was too demoralized by Jack’s sexual philandering to continue the public charade. Her father-in-law, Joe Kennedy knew all too well the profound problems and stepped in to warn her. ‘There is danger facing you as a divorced Catholic woman’, he told her. ‘I suggest you put divorce out of your mind’, according to the revelatory new book.

As long as AF1 takes her where she wants to go and the American people pick up the tab.

Jackie said she wanted to marry a rich powerful man. She got what she asked for.

no its like this.

A guy asks a girl “would you have sex with me for $10 million dollars?” and the woman says “sure”

Then he says “would you have sex with me for $20” and she says “never- what do you think I am, a whore?”

And the guys says “well we’ve already established that, now we’re just negotiating a price”

“I guess you could honestly say the Kennedys were the ones who started the “war on women”.”

FDR had his moments as well.

You are right, it was such an old joke I got it wrong—likely early on-set of Alzheimers.

That kind of makes her a whore doesn’t it?

She was a whore. The DailyMail also had a series in which it detailed HER sexual exploits, which included bedding his brother Bobby.

"He freed a lotta people"?

Whom did JFK free?

He made some nice-sounding speeches, but he fumbled the Bay of Pigs and did nothing as the Berlin Wall was built. At his death the people of Cuba, East Germany, and South Vietnam had less hope than when he took office. He meant well in the James Meredith case but was in over his head trying to handle the crisis.

His main success while President was getting his sexual needs attended to frequently.

A million bucks isn’t squat. Slick Willie’s wife is going to get 8 years in the Oval Office for staying with The First Philanderer.

Take me now Lord....

“it’s pretty clear that the Kennedy Camelot was more like a used car lot”

Whenever I hear “Camelot” I think camel lot. A place like a used car lot but they sell smelly used camels.

JFK was with beautiful women like Marilyn Monroe and Angie Dickinson. They made themselves available to him and willingly had relationships with him.

Clinton went after women like Juanita Broderick, Jennifer Flowers, Monica Lewinski and Paula Jones.

He raped Juanita Broderick and threatened to cut off her livelihood(a contract with the State of Arkansas) if she said anything.

Jennifer Flowers was given a no show job as a Director with the State of Arkansas and threatened if she talked.

Monica Lewinski was overweight and ugly. She referred to Clinton as "the big creep". She was given 5 different six figure, no work jobs by Clinton. When the accusation became public Clinton's people called her a liar until she produced the famous stained blue dress.

Paula Jones was a low level employee of the State of Arkansas. Clinton had State Troopers bring her to his hotel room. Clinton threatened to have her fired if she didn't do what he said and pulled out his “small crooked penis” as she described it.

Clinton had James Carville and others threaten Paula Jones and called her a trailer park whore.

Jackie was intelligent and had class. She was not an angry, ugly lesbian like Hillary Clinton.

Yes, but a million isn’t worth what it was in 1962.

Whom did JFK free?

He freed the world to colonize the United States, already almost 10% of Mexico's population has transferred here.

“However, if there is one man who can take the most credit for the 1965 act, it is John F. Kennedy. Kennedy seems to have inherited the resentment his father Joseph felt as an outsider in Boston’s WASP aristocracy. He voted against the McCarran-Walter Act of 1952, and supported various refugee acts throughout the 1950s. In 1958 he wrote a book, A Nation of Immigrants, which attacked the quota system as illogical and without purpose, and the book served as Kennedy’s blueprint for immigration reform after he became president in 1960. In the summer of 1963, Kennedy sent Congress a proposal calling for the elimination of the national origins quota system. He wanted immigrants admitted on the basis of family reunification and needed skills, without regard to national origin. After his assassination in November, his brother Robert took up the cause of immigration reform, calling it JFK’s legacy. In the forward to a revised edition of A Nation of Immigrants, issued in 1964 to gain support for the new law, he wrote, “I know of no cause which President Kennedy championed more warmly than the improvement of our immigration policies.” Sold as a memorial to JFK, there was very little opposition to what became known as the Immigration Act of 1965.”

“Made up BS to sell a book”

Not at all.

I was told this years ago by her cousin, my wife's uncle, who was present when after Joe's incapacitation Jackie went to Rose and demanded her million for the year and Rose told her to go to hell.

Jackie stomped off, went upstairs and came back 5 minutes later and told Rose to shove the million that she was marrying Onassis.
