6 habaneros? You kiddin’ me? You would have to be up close because the air itself diffuses the effects. I could understand if they were in the class rooms.

But this is in Denver — no true American could ever be a Bronco fan.

Habeneros are HOT!
I do have a tip though, if you get any on your skin just wash it and put Benedryl cream and keep it dry.

If them dudes came to my house this morning after my dinner last night, they’d be busy for a month. I have to sign off now, need more TP and ice cubes.

Habaneros peppers are HOT!!!!! If someone did this as a prank it was cruel. These are little kids and if they got the juice on their hands and rubbed their faces and eyes they are going to be screaming!
It would be one thing if you were in your kitchen cutting up the peppers for sauce and got it on your skin. You would know where it came from but in this case I can understand the panic.

I could understand if they were in the class rooms. i once cooked 1/4 of a habanero, and choked my family out of our house... and we eat hot, spicy food... even our children do... a couple of weeks ago i cooked a serrano pepper (my favorite) and every time someone walked into the house, they started coughing... it was kind of funny :)

Peppers make me cough too. I assume these were outside. My husband will cut them outside. Peppers don’t burn his hands either, so he doesn’t use gloves, well that is until he forgot he cut peppers and later went to the bathroom.
Yep, he says that hurt! LOL

Reminds me of the time we were making hot oil for Chinese food (by heating pepper flakes in oil) and our Siamese cat started coughing.

I once ate a whole Serrano. I was literally shaking and tears were flowing.
It’s just a good thing they didn’t grow the Habanero’s in the shape of a gun.

Exactly my thoughts.
This was very cruel, and directed at children.
