You are almost certainly correct. This guy’s claim does not show up on Guinness Book of World Records website or any other credible source. According to Wikipedia the oldest verifiable man lived to only 116 years and 54 days.

I'm not buying it either. I'm guessing he has no birth certificate and they got 130 years old because that's how old he said he was when they asked him.
