That’s ridiculous, this guy designs websites for people who looking to get screwed.

These guys who are saying it is easy to fix the website are apparently operating under the assumption that the website's problems are all front-end problems. However, the front-end problems are just the tip of the iceberg. It's the backend where the real problems exist and the techs setting up the site have barely gotten round to fixing those problems - which involve interfacing with various systems and databases operated by fed'l gov't agencies, insurance companies and state agencies.

I'm betting that there may not even be away to externally connect to some of those systems and if all of the systems can be externally connected to, none of them are standardized and some of them may be legacy systems which require legacy skills that either do not exist or are in vary short supply. All-in-all, this is a mammoth undertaking which some startup or porn site could not just come in and waive a magic wand to fix.
