I'm betting that there may not even be away to externally connect to some of those systems and if all of the systems can be externally connected to, none of them are standardized and some of them may be legacy systems which require legacy skills that either do not exist or are in vary short supply. All-in-all, this is a mammoth undertaking which some startup or porn site could not just come in and waive a magic wand to fix.
