All, just a little shameless self-promotion, which from time to time Jim has permitted me on this board. Our second volume of A Patriot's History of the Modern World, From the Cold War to the Age of Entitlement, 1945-2013, is coming out December 1. Volume one, From America's Exceptional Ascent to the Atomic Bomb, 1898-1945 came out last October.
Everything I write is not great, but I think (and sales and comments have reaffirmed) that the book I did with Michael Allen, A Patriot's History of the United States, is a great book. Now, I think this two volume history of the WORLD reaches that level of exceptional history.
Dave Dougherty and I look at everything from Gandhi to the real "war on women" in the 1950s---the struggle between NY fashion designers and Hollywood movie producers over what women should look like; the rise of Mao and his evil regime; and of course, the Reagan years.
I'm biased, but I think the chapter on Reagan is the best short discussion of the Cold War available. It contains equal amount analysis of his economic, social, and military policies.
We conclude with a detailed analysis of the Obama regime through the early part of 2013.

If they will have me. Last October (2012) no one would talk about anything other than the election. I got on Prager’s show, and that was it!! And it wasn’t just me, it was all writers-—no one was doing anything except the election. Bad time to release a book.
DO you have or plan EPUB versions of these?
Yes. I’m pretty sure vol. 1 is already e version and 2 will be.
Have loved your previous titles and recommended them to many people. Do you think you might combine vol 1 & 2 into a single ebook?
But you'll like this: I am at work on the 10th anniversary edition of Patriot's History of the US, due out NEXT Dec., which will update the book through 2014 (more or less) and have important revisions, plus, of course, all corrections to date.
I read through some of the reviews on my nook. Hilarious. You’ve got them lefties all riled up! It’s on my wishlist so I’ll remember to get it when I’m done with the books I have queued up now.
