let’s see, military for 20 years, start pulling in the pension while you are working a GS 9 job, then retire and get your GS 9 government retirement, is that what you meant;

You forgot and then become a reservist for FEMA and travel the CONUS ,stay in Marriott Exteneded stay hotels,get a free rental car plus per diem and if your in a storm ravaged resort area that is damaged have your spouse come stay in you taxpayer funded suit

or maybe get on with TSA and stand around with your finger up your but harassing decent citizens. How about a brown shirt park ranger..Theres a great gig.

Your emotional, label infused argument assumes that the system itself is wrong, but you never impugn the system. Instead, you try to emotionally intimidate those that are in it.

It’s also legal to deduct interest on a home loan from your taxes. Do you consider doing that immoral, as well?

I think this thread is good, in that FReepers are learning that some of y’all are either employed by our government or retired from, or have spouses employed, which prove that the government is not a wholly demonic-rat infestation.
