And only 1.8 million of them studied in madrassas!

There was this little country over the sea that footed the bill for that EU peace. A little country that sold its inheritance to ensure others could have a shot at no more wars. The EU reaped the bountiful harvest, spending freely for a cushy social parachute, without thinking to thank the soldiers who won this peace, the American taxpayer.

It also doesn’t mention the over forty years of the Cold War, and the fact (this is the big one) that the EU didn’t exist until the 1990s. Even the EEC or Common Market didn’t come about until the late 1950s.
So much for the superiority of Euro-schooling.

Probably had something to do with that Soviet bear looking down at them with thousands of nukes for most of that time...and the American eagle defending them.
Today, they’re just too feminine to make war.

From the link:The EU is leading the Kyoto drive to reduce the air pollution that causes global warming. People in Europe are very environmentally conscious. So the EU is spearheading world efforts to preserve the environment and promote sustainable development. In recent years it has been important to get as many countries in the world as possible to take actions to avoid climate changes as agreed in the Kyoto Protocol - like Europeans do themselves.
Thanx for the ping SunkenCiv !

Re post 5. You are right, but you don't tell the whole story. That "little country" along with the rest of the anglosphere LIBERATED Europe, INVESTED in Europe, DEFENDED Europe, KNITTED the ECM together, CONTINUED TO DEFEND Europe, and then finally DEFEATED Europe's enemy without firing a shot.
A most grateful bunch, aren't they?

I apologize for leaving out the loyal Canadians and Aussies. I would mention the British, but they were among the saved.
