Was W there tonight too?

I'm pretty sure I saw him, standing discreetly behind Nolan Ryan and wearing a plain white shirt. This was from a news clip later as I did not watch the game itself on TV, only listened on radio. The ESPN announcers were quite disappointed with the Yankees going down, I could tell...

The Spurs might have been AA. A clue to who they were farm for...I remember seeing Don Baylor play for them when I was about 10 years old. He was drafted in 67 by the Orioles.

Of course the best part of all this is no more baseball games on TBS...until next year.

Interest is huge. Texas is a huge baseball state, tons of pro players are from here. And Dallas loves a winner. The other thing is that the team is VERY likeable and good citizens too.

It is GREAT. I was lucky enough to sit a few rows behind the President at a yankees game this season. It brings a tear to the eye to hear the applause he gets. Makes me very proud of my state.
