Sore loser! She was being outplayed and was losing anyway.....can't wait to see how the press will spin this story of the MSM's darling.
Threatened the line judge. Good riddance.

It wasn’t the heat. One of the media even tried to say it was the cold that caused Serena to lose her temper. To her credit, Serena said the media’s comment was crazy.

Well, she was called for a foot-fault which didnt happen, and which lead to a match point. How could you possibly know that? Were you sitting on the baseline?

Perhaps she has a problem with her English. Who knows.
Listening to Serena now she's admitting she was outplayed, and she was. That being the case, she would have lost anyway. It is interesting that she refused to tell the media what she said. She then said she "misheard" what the woman had said.

I got that too but Serena acted very innocently during the presser as if it wasn’t true. I think she was lying.

Yes her body language was strange...She came off very insecure, fumbling with her big loop earrings, not the over confident Serena one is use to viewing on camera. Tomorrow the surrounding witnesses will collaborate what was heard and what transpired and more will be revealed.

LOL! Thinks for the background. If he could not find enough libs to turn up in MN then he is hurtin. You would have thought the die hards would have been there to try to counter the 1 million “astro turfers” in DC. LOL!

Ilie Nastase was the first. ...then Connors, THEN McEnroe.True. I had forgotten about them. But McEnroe elevated it to high art. He got marketing deals out of his trash talking.

I have a lot of respect for both the Williamses but not when it comes to poor sportsmanship.
In fact any athlete that engages in a show of poor sportsmanship deserves nothing but scorn and disrespect themselves.

The judge was a minority too... (a different one)

Therefore, it could still be called racism if Serena wanted to push it.

>"Williams exploded, moved in menacing fashion toward the line judge who had made the call, with her racket extended. Williams reportedly yelled obscenities ..."
I'm guessing her fans
will say, hey, she's from Compton,
cursing, shaking sticks,
it's signifying
her mood--like somebody else
saying, "Darn, you're wrong."

Williams she said she would shove her racket up the woman's ass. The woman accused her of threatening her life. Well getting a tennis racket shoved up your a** could very well kill you, especially if the big end was inserted first.
