Dead Airman's Affidavit: Roswell Aliens Were Real
FOXNews.com ^ | July 2,2007

Posted on 07/02/2007 11:58:15 AM PDT by AngelesCrestHighway

Sixty years ago, a light aircraft was flying over the Cascade Mountains in Washington state, at a height of around 10,000 feet. Suddenly, a brilliant flash of light illuminated the aircraft. Visibility was good, and as pilot Kenneth Arnold scanned the sky to find the source of the light, he saw a group of nine shiny metallic objects flying information. He estimated their speed as being around 1,600 mph — nearly three times faster than the top speed of any jet aircraft at the time. Soon, similar reports began to come in from all over America. This wasn't just the world's first UFO sighting — this was the birth of a phenomenon, one that still exercises an extraordinary fascination.....

Were you close enough to the FAA fellow to trust him a LOT?

I liked that book, too.

Just didn’t know how much was disinformation.

Thought a number of folks have come out after his death and asserted that it was mostly true.

We shall see.

Thx.

Do you think it’s possible for one not to assume we are the only intelligent life in the universe and still be skeptical of this Roswell BS?

Thank you Quix. I found the following incredibly interesting.

The language, a term I am still using very loosely, is a system of symbols (which does admittedly very much resemble a written language) along with geometric forms and patterns that fit together to form diagrams that are themselves functional. Once they are drawn, so to speak, on a suitable surface made of a suitable material and in the presence of a certain type of field, they immediately begin performing the desired tasks. It really did seem like magic to us, even after we began to understand the principles behind it.

If this is valid - could these symbols be the same ones on the Roswell "balsa wood" strip?

yes. And he wouldn’t say much else about that. VERY similar type of behavior/comments (the worry/fear of elaborating). Same impressions I got as with the other person...he knows a lot more but is afraid to say.

I hate to admit it but I knew who it was. I loved that movie. It is what got me into sci-fi.

Saddam wasn’t the first to plan to be overrun. Also, supposedly the Soviets buried suitcase nukes through out the US and after it’s collapse, helped the FBI go dig them up and get them back.

I’d like to see what you’ve got on that Soviet nuke story. That would be interesting.

Calling Roswell BS merely shows that the labeler has NOT exammined the best evidence SUFFICIENTLY and/or with a SUFFICIENTLY fair-minded perspective.

But that’s OK. Helps the government shills feel they are earning their pay to have SOME folks still believe them.

It would be nice to get Dr Brazel’s perspective on that. But from drawings I’ve seen of the I beam he saw as an 11 year old kid—they are significantly different.

Good question, though. Thx.

To have very sober faced, stern, at least ostensibly government types

very emphatically and convincingly assure one that they would not only remove you from this life without a trace, but also every one of your family members . . . can be a pretty effective deterrent.

It’s a good book. Lots of little details not disclosed before.

But if one has kept read up on Roswell, it’s also all very familiar. I was hoping for some added insights into the government’s thinking etc. and/or ET’s in terms of their characteristics etc. Little of that, if any.

Very well. I withdraw the BS label. I have examined the evidence, but “sufficiently” is a relative term. I am “fair-minded,” albeit skeptical. I have no intention of helping the government shills. You’re obviously promoting what works for you. I respect that.

The idea of "Gladio agencies" stems from something I read in a Whitley Streiber novel (Warday ) once. In the story, the U.S. and USSR have been devastated in a nuclear war. However, it turns out that both sides had prepared "long trigger" missile subs before the war — subs that would cruise around normally until a nuclear war broke out, then submerge and go into hiding for several months or years. After the period of hiding, these subs would rise unexpectedly and launch nuclear attacks on the enemy without warning. The "long trigger" subs were supposed to be the ultimate deterrent — a way for a defeated nation to "strike from the grave" in case they were destroyed in the war, thus eliminating any post-war advantage to the attacking nation.

Similiarly, I wonder if perhaps there are not agencies out there similar to the "long trigger" subs — intelligence or paramilitary agencies that "submerged" during World War 3 (the "cold war") and now operate outside of the chain of command. Such an agency could operate "off the grid" by obtaining its income through private business activities (illegal or legal) and its assignments from a source outside the national command authority (a Senator, an admiral, or some other insider). One has to admit that such a tool could be very useful in certain situations— a shadow army with no paper trail, no oversight, and no accountability...
