Bakeries are reopening in Gaza City, starting with Ajjour Bakery (a-Shawa) tomorrow, Saturday, with 3 production lines, producing 250,000 pita breads an hour. The bakery will be distributing to several points of sale in various parts of the city. The opening is coordinated with IDF.
5 more bakeries are expected to open in Gaza City on Sunday.

but they’re starving to death ,D’oh
Hamass is a PITA....
Drizzled with olive oil while warm and dusted with zatar spice.

I learned how to make them by accident.
Was in Jerusalem a few years ago and noticed a guy transporting freshly baked pita bread in one of those large plastic willing bins. Yep , same type they use for trash. One of the pitas fell off and onto the sidewalk, so the man just stopped, picked it up and tossed it back into the bin. No one in the area seemed to be bothered by it.
It means Israel won't bomb the bakeries and the Muslimes will hide weapons in the bakeries and launch attacks from them. Then Israel will find out about it, destroy the bakeries, and Muslimes will call the Jews a bunch of meanies.
They are easy. I make mine on a baking stone. Great with home made chick pea dip using too much tahini paste and cayenne pepper liberally dusted over the top before serving dip. Hummus among us.
These people don’t have any money. They should be donating it. Otherwise, it will go stale and be thrown out.
Interesting
“Joe Biden is building a pier so Hamas will get resupplied so they won’t starve to death.”
They’d might want to add another prayer.
Just when you yeast expect it
Much to my astonishment they started popping with steam inside, pushing the pocket open like little footballs!
Presto! Pita breads.
And yes I'm sure there is a YouTube video on it, but I like to at least try on my own most always.
It’s holy ground after all..
