I know it’s spring for many of you around the country, but up here in the mountains, although it’s warm this weekend, spring is still but a dream off on sone misty horizon.
I know I promised the story of my trip to the DMV but it will have to wait awhile. Truth is I’ve been dealing with vertigo and balance issues ever since my “mild” Covid incident at the beginning of January. While it’s likely “long-haul Covid” between it and the ongoing fatigue it is wearing me down. I have an appointment with an ENT specialist but it’s still a couple of weeks off (thank you Obamacare!). So I will continue to stumble around, attempting to stay upright.
Until I regain my ballast, most posts will be abbreviated – although I’m half way through the DMV story so I will post it eventually.
Spring cannot get here soon enough.

Epley Maneuver.
See a Chiropractor for help with this.
Not a fan of chiropractors, but I’ll definitely tell my doctor at my next appt.
It has to do with the hydraulics in your inner ears - the ones that tell your brain your head is moving.
Check this out - you can actually do this yourself.
I had a sudden issue with the room spinning out of control when I lifted my head to look up or laid down flat. Very scary as I do spend a lot of time going up ladders - then looking up.
