The last time Colon Powell endorsed a Republican was Mission Accomplished Bush in 2004. He probably had to as both of them had something to hide - the lack of WMDs in Iraq.
Powell’s endorsement of Obama did little in 2008 and his endorsement of Biden will do nothing in 2020.
I remember one elector (it was from either Washington or Oregon) switched their vote from Hillary to Colin.
