For a group of professionals lightning quick to tell us how important they are to freedom, one would think the establishment media would want to illustrate its value in real-time when covering global events, especially those involving impending war.
If it was to be, it was not to be in the past week as journalists set truth aside in favor of their blind disdain for an American president. If the price to pay for slamming Donald Trump was to seemingly embrace the Iranian, terrorist-mastermind Qasem Soleimani, so be it.
CNN’s John Berman actually called the killing of the Iranian general “murder” before adding the term “assassination.”

Why do we deserve a better media? We just need our heads examined if we believe them.
Down the line, the media will blame all terrorists attacks on Trump for taking out Soleimani. It’s going to get worse with the media, which seems impossible.
The MSM are America’s terrorists and will never change. Even if they totally impeach Trump, America will become a dictatorship by a ruling class of communists.
Meanwhile, the Iranian people get what the Dims and US media don’t - they are governed by an evil regime and they want it out.
It doesn’t matter to much anymore.

I suspect it has been in the works for many, many years, but was buoyed by 0bama and his affinity to manipulate the media. The MSM fell into being simply a propaganda wing for the Democrats/leftists/socialists, etc.
While we see Iranians outraged about their own government shooting down a passenger plane and LYING about it, I think back to Benghazi. Any of us who questioned that it was all about an “offensive video” were racists or nuts, and the MSM played right along with that. To this very day, the Fake News distributors would suggest that we are just “conspiracy theorists” to wonder whether there was anything else to it.

We’re coming up on the 1 year anniversary of the media-hyped Covington Kids caper, followed quickly by the Jussie Smellitt hoax. The media have sure covered themselves in glory this year.
Whether the media has a clue or not, it’s their message that is still damaging. Like someone else pointed out on another thread, a vast majority saw a tax decrease under Trump. At the same time, a vast majority believe their taxes went up under Trump. Of course, liberals will say their taxes went up even if it didn’t. That just leaves the middle of the country which has bought into much of what the MSM spews out,
Let’s take stock. Trump kills a notorious terrorist and the Democrats and the corrupt MSM spend days eviscerating Trump and endlessly speculating on the “damage” Trump has done.
On the other hand, the Mullahs shoot down and kill 176 innocent people on an airliner and... nothing. No big deal really. That’s how bad these people have become.
