I agree. Politicians have been doing this for years, and I don’t necessarily see a problem with the concept. (That is the concept of joint campaign literature - the question of how it’s paid for is another story.)
I suppose it’s fine if each campaign pays for their share, but what if the campaign won’t pay?
I recall a certain candidate for state senate in PA endorsing Mike Dukakis in 1988 - clearly he sensed that Dukakis was going to win the Democrat nomination, and he was trying to woo Dukakis’ supporters.
Should he have been forbidden from mentioning the endorsement if the Dukakis campaign didn’t pay their share?
Nothing short of murder will ever get to this creature. That said, even she’d probably get off on a murder charge as well.
