The foot into the slipper bit ( the original had it as a FUR slipper, but through mistranslation it soon became "glass" ) represents the sex act.
How do we know for sure that they do? I mean, who in their right mind, would kiss the Hildebeast or Pelosi or Feinstein or Warren or Maxine Waters, or Sheila Jackson Lee? They are walking, talking birth control advertisements.
In that Chinatown movie with Mickey O’Roarke years ago*, he rapes the Chinese American news reporter - but she ends up liking it. I hated that scene but men at the time thought it was sexy.

And our drug lord says “White Powder Ma? Why don’t you ask him yourself?” And pulls the head of White Powder Ma out of a bag under the table. Very effective bargaining trick.

The kill was to wake her from a permanent sleep, more commonly referred to as death. therefore good Samaritan laws would apply in that his, the prince, kiss would/should be viewed as a life saving measure and not subject to any form of tort liability unless negligence could be proved. Consent is assumed to have been given.
