Nothing! I have maintained from the beginning that not only is obama not a NBC but he is not even a US citizen. Obama’s press publication years before he ever was to run stated the truth. Born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia. He had no reason to lie about it then. He was never naturalized so that means he’s not a US citizen at all.
Sorry, but the Cubenadian as president remains an open question.

Natural born or not, if Cruz had been the nominee, Hillary Clinton would be president today.

Many voters will not agree. I do not. Why do you think Cruz didn’t reveal that he was still a Canadian citizen when he ran for the Senate in 2012 if it is no big deal? The man was born a Canadian citizen and remained one until he renounced it when he was over 40 years old. How does a citizen of a foreign country for 40 years qualify as a natural born US citizen in your world?
Why not ask Jim or 100,000 other people on this forum that would vote for Cruz the day Trump retires? If Mr. Obama was eligible then Senator Cruz certainly is.
It was also documented that someone tampered with Justia, the legal research tool, to remove all cross-references to natural born citizen cases before the 2008 election, and then restored them after the election was over.

I have always been told that two wrongs do not make a right but that is an apt comparison. I think of Cruz as the GOP’s version of Obama.
Rubio is actually the GOP version of Obama. Neither parent able to transfer natural born status because they’re aliens. Cruz’s mother was old enough and an American. See the difference?
Pretty sure the framers of the Constitution allowed for their Ambassadors to other countries having a child born outside the US but still a natural born citizen (not dual citizenship) as long as both parents were American citizens at the time.
It’s not so much about where they were born which makes them natural born Americans; it’s who their parents were. In BHO’s case he only had one American parent; a flaky communist mother. The father is still a debatable subject but he wasn’t American.
One thing is for sure; either Congress or the Supreme Court needs to definitively define what it means to be a natural born citizen for the purpose of being qualified to run for the Presidency.
Rubio isn’t eligible either but Rubio was not a foreign citizen for over 4 decades as Cruz was and Obama likely still is. Rubio didn’t go to Harvard Law like Obama and Cruz did. Cruz and Obama were both editors of the Harvard Law Review. Cruz and Obama both started running for President within two years of being elected to the Senate. The wives of both Cruz and Obama got yuuuge promotions and raises when their husbands we elected to the Senate. I can see similarities between Obama and Cruz although Obama’s dad probably didn’t hang out with Lee Harvey Oswald like Cruz’s dad did.
