Heavenly Father, look upon this Thy servant in his hour of need. He prays not for himself but for the spouse You gifted him and the family members so devastated by the wages of mankind's fall. Nothing in this life is more difficult than watching those we love suffer. I pray You look upon him with favor, and grant his request that those dear to him be blessed with comfort and peace in Your gift of grace, in this world and in the next. Grant him too a measure of Your comfort and peace. Ease them all in mind, body, and spirit. Grant healing, understanding, and acceptance as You will. For this in Jesus name, we pray. Amen.

The wife and I have been through that with her mother, it was by far the hardest on my wife and I felt as helpless as you.

Prayers Up for you and yours. You have a lot on your plate! Do you have Hospice Care in your area? If so, CALL THEM!
We lost my Step Dad just last night to cancer. Hospice was wonderful and kept him calm and medicated for the pain. He was able to die at home, which was what he wanted.
Again, I’ll add your family to my list! Take care.
P.S. Call Hospice! ;)

We pray for the comfort and hope for this family that is experiencing such tragedy. We know HOPE and COMFORT comes from You. Please provide rest and peace for all. From the prayer, i figured you may have - heartache will turn to joy as we picture our loved one’s in His hands with perfect and pain free bodies and an eternal joy that will never pale for them....I think I’ll cue up “I Can Only Imagine” today - it touches me where I need to be touched - as do all the wonderful prayers coming in.
