Get an unbathed wink drunk, take him to the gate, and give him the ticket as he enters.

The seats may be paid for but the vendors are taking a beating because of their good friends on the field.

Mostly empty stadiums mean beer and pizza etc. isn’t sold. Beer at Browns stadium was about 5 bucks last time I was there. That is lots and lots of cash that is not crossing palms. Paid parking isn’t getting any money etc.

It’s all the same don’t you see? The Left has destroyed the NFL precisely by taking it over, fraying yet one more thread in the national fabric.

Resurrect the AFL logo:

The Anti-national Football League.

Was in the grocery store the other night, and needed to pick up some pop. Needed some cola, and I saw Pepsi 12 packs with the NFL logo all over them. Decided "screw them" and went with some logo-less Vanilla Cokes.

I still am watching some NFL, including my preferred team. But my give a crap is way down. I am somewhat bothered by it, because I thought the NFL was generally the last, best meritocracy in America. For the most part in the players, it was the best people. It still generally is. But all this other stuff is rather discouraging.

How is the NFL ever going to overcome the wrath of the fans for this minority of players display of their disdain for the USA? THEY have tainted the entire pro football industry and if they now choose to stand, it’s clearly due to the leagues massive loss of revenue and for no other reason. The die has been cast and the NFL/AFL protesting players who take the knee has cast it. Oh well, there is always college football or fishing because this could very likely be the ending of professional football.

Work with a professional on weekends who usually makes sure that his work is wrapped up by kickoff. Haven’t seen him in a few weeks and had heard there was a game on that afternoon. I said something to the effect, lets get this wrapped up by kick off. He laughed ruefully, and said it wasn’t important.

I didn’t peruse, but this guy has been a diehard fan. This is new.

“NFL out of the USA!”

Now that would produce a measurable increase in the nation’s IQ, lower the crime rate, and increase the quality of life.

I support the boycott and haven’t watched in three weeks. Nothing.

BUT, I’d need to see a time stamp or game clock on pics, because all too often these pics are 30-45 minutes before the games.

I was in a Walmart today and was shocked at all the NFL marketing. there must have been 1600 sq feet of space dedicated to nfl crap. Must be they can’t sell the stuff?

I am not as much angry with the players as I am the league. One would expect some players to act like fools, but the league should have stood up for America. The NFL could have ended this crap immediately, but chose to wimp out. The league can rot in hell.

Yes..it is. I have sworn off almost all professional sports. I watch some drag racing but that's about it.

I really left sports after the MLB players strike in the 1990's. I left football because of the Buffalo Bills going down for four in a row. I left NASCAR at the same time, because of the rules changes, and it wasn't racing anymore, but a spectacle. The "event" was more important that the racing. Never liked NBA, just not a basketball fan. The only sports I'm interested in are the ones my kids are playing in.
