This will need to continue at least well into next season to really start having a financial impact on the league and the players.

The left figures that destroying the NFL is a win for them.
But it is not. The NFL has shown it has been taken over by the anti-Americans.
It has become a bastion of political correctness.

Not sure why it would be a win.

The NFL is a significant part of American culture. It promotes a masculine image of toughness and competition.
The left hates the competition, hates the masculinity, and hates the physical confrontation, so it has been after the NFL.
But, the NFL has transformed into a politically correct institution. Essentially the left is eating itself.

Folks will protest "But, those tickets are already paid for, so there's no impact by not showing up." They don't take into consideration the hit that the stadium vendors are taking.
The boycott will kill the NFL, whether season tickets are paid for or not.

They don't take into consideration the hit that the stadium vendors are taking. Also parking and public transportation earnings would drop by not going.
The suggestion to given those tickets to gang members at first glance would appear to be a great idea. But most would end up just selling them.

When people who have already paid the exorbitant price for season tickets are not showing up at games in protest, you have a real problem

If the NFL owners were smart they’d call off the playoffs at the end of the regular season. Maybe 2-3 weeks early. Instead they are continuing to be enablers of this in your face behavior towards the fans.

If the NFL owners were smart theyd call off the playoffs at the end of the regular season. Maybe 2-3 weeks early. That would never happen. Even with TV ratings downs, playoffs generally attract much more of the casual fan base.

Daughter's company has 8 season tickets to the Hall of Fame Club to watch the Bucs play in Tampa. Free parking close to stadium entrance. 3 Free buffet lines each 20 yards long. Some dishes so exquisite I can't pronounce them. Plus the traditional chicken wings, hamburgers and hot dogs and pizza, popcorn and peanuts. Free non-alcoholic beverages. (alcohol extra) Waitress takes you to your seat and waits on you. Sit in air conditioned comfort to watch game. Replay screen in front of every seat. 50 inch flat screens all over lounge and in restrooms above urinals, showing other games. Free programs. Free T-shirts.
She Is having trouble week to week finding customers to take the tickets.
Tickets are around $700 each.
She asked me to take Patriots tickets, so another Pats fan and I went. Other daughter and youngest Grandson accompanied us. Totally felt no emotion towards "my team."
Only enjoyment of the night was watching 8 year old grandson pose with a group of cheerleaders.
Priceless smile! Lad has an eye for the ladies. I was so proud!
And so disillusioned by NFL.

They care.
The got the ticket money, sure.
They will lose concessions, parking, merchandise and advertisers in the stadium WILL renegotiate all ad rates based on turnstile counts.Trust me, I worked selling such things for two major league sports franchises, just not the NFL.
The advertisers and their agencies have all had discussions on the scale and scope of their current ad buys from getting make goods, to renewing or cancelling their buys. This is going much further beyond pictures of empty seats but no advertiser wants to be the first to go. However one of them will then the dominos will start falling.
Just as Mer exes Benz doesn’t want to be on Jerry Springer someone will definitely decide they don’t want to be on the NFL.

A new part of American culture which (along with basketball) moved up to becoming premium sports when boxing and horse racing faded in popularity.
Entertainment venues come and go, and they always have.
