My thoughts are that Jackson, Mississippi will burn. it will be prior to allowing law enforcement/FBI etc... to do a proper investigation. It will be automatically blamed on the Klan (but no mention of other suspects like a ticked off associate/ISIS/ gang of non whites will be mentioned). Yes.. I am jaded. FWIW... My thoughts are that Mexicans indigenous criminials will be the first in the Western Hemisphere to mass convert to Islam. It will fit them well.
Probably MS-13, because most of Jackson is dominated by black gangs like the Wood Street Boys, and if MS-13 is moving into the territory, that would be the warning sign.
You need to educate yourself on the cartels.

I don’t think this fits ISIS’ MO. They don’t normally target individuals. Most of their attacks are on groups of people. Between the two options, this sounds a lot more like a drug cartel - if it is indeed a ‘warning’.

We had a young man whose body was found, minus his head, in or near Roanoke, VA last year.
The last I heard law enforcement was looking at MS-13 but I am not sure if anyone was arrested for it.
