He was using the word in that way that most idiots use it; he and his fellow idiots think it means “overwhelmingly destroyed”, when in fact it indicates “TEN PERCENT destroyed. The Taliban is always in a state of being “decimated”, and they regain part of that 10% quickly.
If not for 0bama, Hillary and McCain ISIS would probably not exist.
The tool of the globalists invasion of Europe was be two pronged.
One prong was to be the creation of active combat space in the Middle East for the Jihadists who would operate on an international level.
Neither Hamas nor Hezbollah qualified.
From 2008 to 2010, in Iraq, Al Queda and ISIS had lost the ability to be a major force and internal security in Iraq grew to be stronger than anytime since 2003.
Then the situation in Iraq, Syria and Libya began to change in 2011, just two years into the Obama administration.
Obama and Maliki failed to agree to a SOFA agreement for a continued ACTIVE major U.S. security support role in Iraq. Maliki, adrift from any major U.S. influence on his actions began to govern as a Shiite Sunni more than an Iraqi, angering Sunnis all over Iraqi society and increasing the recruitment possibilities for ISIS and Al Queda looking for Sunni recruits. ISIS began to plan.
Then opportunities fell into ISIS and Al Queda’s laps.
Western regime change agendas in Syria and Libya created two highly destabilized states.
ISIS moved in force into Syria’s destabilized northern region and created cells all over Syria. Syria was a combat theater it could build with, a theater Iraq would not enter. In time, ISIS was strong enough to reenter Iraq in force and take major Iraqi cities.
The western regime change agenda in Libya did pretty much the same thing, and yes, intentional regime change it was no matter the lies and pretension of the Obama administration.

In a few short years Iraq, Syria and Libya had become theaters of combat experience, organization building and recruitment to ISIS, Al Queda and other Jihadists. From that would come the movement of cells of those organizations into Europe, to create anti-Muslim backlash to their terrorism on European soil, from which to claim “Islamaphobia” the cause, from which to recruit inside Europe.
The legs of the first prong were complete.
The second prong of the invasion was to make Europe as the prearranged destination of the millions of refugees manufactured by the INTENTIONAL destabilization of Iraq, Syria and Libya. From the second prong would come the future storehouse of Islamist recruitment in Europe.
It was all pre-planned and that’s why you see the treasonous globalist leaders in the EU NOT objecting to the invasion but trying to impose it on the unwilling among them. The treasonous leaders know they are not dealing with an accidental human calamity the fine citizens have no guilt over. But the treasonous EU leaders ARE guilty. They as much as anyone have been behind or agreeing with the destabilization of Iraq, Syria and Libya in 2011, and making their own people responsible for the invasions to Europe those acts manufactured.
