To a discerning conservative that title literally screams slanted and biased to the left.
The title itself is enough to get a bs meter redlining.
For run of the mill discerners perhaps a childish immature addition is needed.
Study up on leftist “news” orgs and their use of titles to show their bias.

The only statement in this article I agree with is the fact that National Review has substantially declined in substance and style over the past several decades. It is indeed a big step down from intellectual giants like Kirk and Burnham to nobodies like Rich Lowry, Jonah Goldberg, Ramesh Ponnoru, Ben Shapiro, and Kevin Williamson.
Unfortunately for the point that Bruce Barlett is trying to make, the mental featherweights on this list are all NeverTrumpers, just like Bartlett himself.
