This is what I don’t understand. What is the purpose of a special prosecutor? To investigate a crime and bring in all who are involved. It looks to me like they are fishing around trying to find a crime, and have so far been (after many months) unsuccessful. How is this even constitutional? If there is no crime, the president should fire him and suspend the investigation until they have an actual crime in which to investigate. It should start with a crime, not the other way around.
The Mueller relationship with Comey doesn’t bother me so much. Prosecutors work with people they are friends with all the time. The aspect of the relationship that does bother me is that Comey might be able to get to information a prosecutor should not legally have access to.
If Trump fires him, he would have to also fire the idiot who appointed him: D/AG Rosenstein.
Sessions was in a no-win situation re: the investigation into Russian influence with the Trump campaign, as he was at least tangentially involved with that campaign and thus there was a potential for conflict, and recusal was understandable. But, remember, the recusal ONLY applies to the investigation into alleged Russian influence on the Trump campaign; the recusal does not apply to any of the other items Mueller is now getting into. So, Sessions should come out and reemphasize that fact.
Ever notice in polls, States where elections are not rigged by Democrats etc, that the number representing liberals is around 30-40 percent?
Fire him. He’s buddy buddy with Comey, who hates Trump. He’s hired lawyers to assist him that are fat cat RAT donors. No question he’s laying the foundation or the impeachment of Trump. Remember the quote, “you can indict a bologna sandwich”.
Mueller and the guy that appointed him, Rosenstein, should be fired.
I don’t think Sessions needs to resign. But I can’t figure out why he would pull a stunt like recusing himself to appease some leftist lunatics without consulting with President Trump, VP Pence, staff, and attorneys. It’s mind boggling how stupid this was.
Sessions NOW needs to UNRECUSE himself, FIRE Rosenstein, FIRE Mueller, and promise to NEVER pull a foolish stunt like that again.
Trump and the few allies he has need to do the same to Mueller.
He should have never allowed him in the first place.b But once in place, he should have got rid of him in a New York second.
