"Ossoff is young and, by millennial estimates, thin and good-looking."

Don't forget. He had to use MapQuest to find "his" district.

I don’t see how pajama boy can win in June, I mean he’s running against Karen Handel, and it’s HER time. All the women in p*ssy hats will be voting for her right?

I’ve been amazed at the overconfidence among Republicans on Twitter. This creep darn near got the fifty and Karen Handel is a Paul Ryan type. The Dems can still win this seat.

I think you are referring to Keith Ellison, the congressman from Minnesota.

It was more like a Scott Brown type event. That lasted until the next real election. This would have, too, except now they won’t even get the seat.

HAHAHA!!! You already know the answer.

Which is to say, there will be no answer. There will be no participation from Sean_Anthony since ‘he’ isn’t even a real person. It’s a bot that steals other authors’ work and reposts articles on CFP, then uses FR (and probably other sites) to drive traffic to CFP for clicks.

Correct. Ossoff is the favorite because some Republicans who voted for other candidates will skip the runoff.

Not really.

Dem got $10,000,000 to run against 11 GOP canidates and still could not get 50% of the vote. Now in the run off, Dem will have to face 1 candidate well know in the district. Ossoff got all the Dems in the district to vote for him and still lost.

This was a stupid play by the Democrats. They waste $10,000,000 on a seat they cannot win by having their far Leftist carpetbagger campaign as if he were a moderate Republican. Even if he had won, this seat would of gone back to the GOP when Ossoff went to DC and was a good little DNC stoodge.

This is a pretty standard result in GA poltics. Dem “star” runs against a split GOP field then loses the one to one run off race.

Maybe but not in this district. This district voted overwhelmingly for GOP Senator Johnny Issacson in Nov 2016. Ossoff one shot here was running against a split GOP field and hoping for an overwhelming Democrat turn out against a low GOP turnout.

The reason Trump under performed in this district is the Never Trumpers had an impact. This is a stolid GOP E district. They showed up to vote for Issacson and then did not vote for Trump in Nov 2016

He won’t win. The Democrats threw everything into this race. All the dirty tricks were used. Also, now people know he doesn’t even live in the district. And he’s running against a woman.

The Democrats best bet is to get another Republican to run and split the vote.

NICE DECONSTRUCTION--- This was a stupid play by the Democrats. They waste $10,000,000 on a seat they cannot win by having far Leftist carpetbagger Ossoff campaign as if he were a moderate Republican. He got $10,000,000 (most of it from outside GA) to run against 11 GOP canidates and still could not get 50% of the vote. Ossoff got all the Dems in the district to vote for him and still lost.

Democrats are living on "hope".....said they had hope when Repub Esstes on last week in Kansas by 8 commanding points.

Too stupid to know that they cant govern on "hope."

Looks like more Hillary-induced delirium at Perez's DNC. ROTFLOL.
