Mark Levin, Conservative Review’s editor-in-chief, recommends the Trump administration open an investigation into Barack Obama. Levin states the former president used the government to wiretap then-candidate Trump during the 2016 election.
“The gravity of this is unparalleled. It appears that during the course of a presidential election, the Obama administration used both intelligence and law enforcement agencies to investigate the Republican nominee's campaign and certain surrogates,” Levin tells Conservative Review.
Levin – who served as chief of staff for President Reagan’s Attorney General Ed Meese – explained the potential scandal on his Thursday evening radio show:
“We have a prior administration – Barack Obama and his surrogates – who are supporting Hillary Clinton and her party, the Democratic Party. Who were using the ... intelligence activities to surveil members of the Trump campaign, and to put that information out in the public.”

This is far worse than “watergate” on exponential level. Blanket spying on private US citizens, on the basis of their political expression (with the exception of communists, and anarchists whose intent is the destruction of our country)— is big time criminal behaviour. Leading anyone to examine the Marxist beliefs of obamaumao— and his alinsky tactics (all of which are “radical” in nature, yet inside our very government). Explains why they would do anything to get rid of Sessions, who can, and will pursue this, and will NOT be recusing himself in re: abuse of govt. office and current Sedition, and also how this entails the clintoonians and Valerie Jarrett, different branches of the same criminal gang cutting out their turf and the money, with the Russians actually brokering the democrats all the way, with the Iranian “payoff” money going straight to the Russians.

They think they can “change the story”, and flip the Russians onto Trump. They are going to get the shock of their lives. Marshals to appear at the Kalorama DC neighborhood rental house the obamaumaos live in with their live in Iranian agent manager, Valerie Jarrett- with arrest warrants and manacles, the Secret Service having been ordered aside (and if any one of them does not— they would be shot down, cause that is what the law provides. See: Lincoln and the Pinkertons- there is precedent).
You’re probably referring to this. Basically, companies pay fines and the DOJ can funnel them to whatever organization or cause it wishes - e.g. ACORN, Planned Parenthood, etc.
IF all this wire tapping were done, AND IF they assumed that Hillary was going to win and the intent was to completely destroy the Republican Party, THEN all the Russian hysteria AFTER Trump was elected makes a lot more sense in the light that they had to build some sort of rationale and defense for the intrusive surveillance, which under a Trump administration would surely be found out.
I listened to Levin on Thursday. If you haven’t listened to him lately please do so and consider giving him another chance. I did and am pleased.
He has done a 180% and is trying desperately to help the POTUS. He has valuable expertise that should not be ignored. The timeline he laid out regarding this was spot on.

The wiretapping was done. And the Russian scheme was for exactly the reason you stated. They needed a reason to substantiate the wiretap. They scammed the FISA Court.
Someone inside the FBI, NSA or even CIA probably informed Trump of the taps by 0dunga.
Why some on this board continue to attack Mark Levin is beyond me.
FISA that was ok’d was for one thing only, ‘look’ at a bank.
0 went way beyond that, and tapped President Trump’s phone.
0dunga helped Hillary with her campaign by tapping Trump, under the guise of ‘Russian interference in the election’ before the FISA court.

There are few people on this planet I loathe more than Mark Levin.
He earned nothing but contempt for the last year of lies and smears. Two days of self-serving Trump "support" is enough rehab for some people, apparently, but not for anyone who's actually paid attention to Levin's record.
Anyone who now trusts this vile snake deserves what he or she gets in disappointment, when next week Levin turns on Trump and his supporters again - for the MILLIONTH time.

It should be remembered, before Trump was elected he also had his own top security people who did nothing but sweep and monitor for electronic eavesdropping.
He did, he redirected money from fines on financial and perhaps other institutions and instead of giving it to the victims he re-directed all to his friendly activist grouped serving the DNC and Obama.

Because Mark Levin was on the offensive against the leading candidate in his own party. People will not forget the tactics of the neverTrump movement and those involved. It could have led to a Hillary victory....

From my seat, it’s been the predictable tactic of the left to attack the messenger regardless of the message, not something I would have thought possible from principled conservatives.
I don’t need or want anybody, including Trump himself, to TELL me what to think or believe.
