Forget fancy adjectives; that just means that Sidwell’s lunch planner tweaks the wording to appeal to upscale moms. Bean soup, tuna salad, pizza (cheese, pepperoni, or veggie), and honeydew melon does not strike me as “gourmet.” Oh, and they’re frying up some zucchini and yellow squash, just to give the kids something to throw away. There’s nothing on that menu that I couldn’t pick up at my local ghetto Safeway (let alone the “social Safeway” in Georgetown).

Episcopalian: St. Albans School (all boys)

RC - St. Anselms Abbey School

I did not research these - just quickly looked up some examples of some all boys schools in D.C.
