I just had the most exciting experience...
I was at my local Wal-Mart with my grandson, put the groceries in the car, and was getting ready to put the cart back, when a man named Bob and his wife Charlene came up to me and asked if anyone had prayed with me today...I said 'No, not today', so there we prayed for the Spirit of God to help over come my upset spirit and to nurture the Spirit of God into my grandson's life...and to Bless our Country, to continue to have God's Hand on PE Trump and the people around him...
It was like all of a sudden my fears of the last few days have been washed away...do I know this lovely couple, no never met them in my life, but for some reason God knows how worried I have been about PE Trump's safety and he sent this couple to pray with me...

As far as snakes, keep your property clear of undergrowth as well as hiding places. Don’t give cover for small vermin upon which they feed, mice primarily, and you’ll see very few with one exception: very heavy rain verging upon flooding. That brings them out in droves, they’re moving away from flood areas. Old timers seem to think they and turtles have a sense and will move before flooding, so watch out if you see them on the move, in the roadway en masse. Flood’s a-comin’.

Geez...got most of the liberals and progressives cleaned out 'cept round that university in Johnson City. Worse than ticks around that campus.
My wife and I were down in Cherohala country a few months back for the leaves...still felt like 'East' Tennessee to us. Of course, we NEVER crossed over I-75. :-)
We've never been west of Knoxville (Cherohala Skyway doesn't count)...there's East Tennessee and 'the other end'.
I have an on-site ‘snake alarm’...my wife sees one, the whole county will know it.

The vast majority are harmless. Do you know how to tell them apart from a pit viper? Shape of the head, the eyes, the “pit” between the eyes, in addition to markings and coloration. Kill the poisonous ones, leave the rest alone, they’re beneficial. They eat vermin which helps keep the poisonous ones away.

When I first read this this I realized that my first reaction would have been to avoid those people.

I guess that Puritan/Yankee stock is just bread into us.
