Prayers here as I had a similar situation in 2006 with a tumor @ C1/C2 just below the brain.

The daughter of a family in our parish had an accident and hit her head somewhat badly. An MRI was done and that’s when they found a mass on her brain. Surgery was done and happily it turned out to be a fungal growth and was removed. But had she not bumped her head, who knows what it might have done if left in there.
Isn’t it cool to see the Hands of God at work? Praying that this is a similar scenario for you and that you’ll heal up right quick!

If it hadn't been for the stroke, I never would have had the MRI so I wouldn't have known anything was wrong until I started developing symptoms from the tumor. The Lord works in mysterious ways and Someone up there is looking out for you. Stay strong. My prayers are with you.

I wish you the best. My father had Brain Surgery and it is a big deal. Hopefully, they will find a benign tumor that will be easy to remove.
