I might do that.

However, I already own a rescue German Shepherd who was really raised wrong and abandoned as a pup. She’s kind of crazy and doesn’t get along well with other dogs.

It took a couple of hard years to get to the point that she loves and trusts me. She’s going on 11, so I’m not sure how long she’ll be with us. I don’t want to stress her out in her elderly years.

After that, I would love a rescue Dobie!
