Barack Obama appointed Judge Mark Goldsmith in 2010 as a U.S. District Court Judge. A clear loser in this unfortunate appointment will be the taxpayers of Michigan. Judge Goldsmith just ordered that a recount is to begin at noon on Monday. The recount will cost over $5 million dollars…Way to go Democrats! Keep it up ya dummies!
A federal judge has ordered Michigan election officials to begin a massive hand recount of 4.8 million ballots cast in the presidential election at noon Monday.
U.S. District Judge Mark Goldsmith issued a ruling just after midnight Monday in favor of Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein, who sought to let election officials bypass a two-business-day waiting period that would have delayed start of the recount until Wednesday morning.
The manual recount process was scheduled to begin Wednesday as specified by state law, and in a rare Sunday hearing in federal court, Goldsmith questioned the harm posed by waiting.
Stein’s lawyer Mark Brewer argued the case was aimed at ensuring the integrity of Michigan’s voting system and that the required waiting period violated Stein’s rights to due process and equal protection. He pushed for the recount of 4.8 million ballots to start immediately, which he said would be Monday morning.

I see this as a what if:
All three states are not allowed to cast their electoral votes because the recounts aren’t done.
That does not increase Hillary’s EC count, but it diminishes Trumps (possibly below 270) which still should be a problem because it’s the majority of the
EC votes cast that wins the election.
BUT since the gulf between EC votes for Trump and Clinton is diminished, Clinton tries to peel off enough electors that will turncoat and vote for her.
I don’t believe it has anything to do with actual votes that the recount will turn up, only with slowing the process down, and disallowing the electoral votes from those states.
Just my 2 cents.

If Michigan uses paper ballots ONLY, as reported multiple times, why is there concern about machines and software? Am I missing something or do laws have no meaning any more?
How about a counter suit challenging the judge’s mental competence and his inability to think, write and act in a logical manner?

It will not change a damn thing. When the adults are in charge next month, I hope something can be done to ensure we have a integrity in the voting system (i.e. stop libtards from cheating).

Do the Democrats now consider Jefferson to be an illegitimate President? They once revered Jefferson because he's the one who created the "wall of separation between church and state."

Stein shoulda been asking for the recount the day after the election rather than waiting for S0r0$ and his minions to devise and fund this tactic.
Sheriff Mack got the USSC ruling that the federal government cannot order an unfunded mandate that forces a State to spend money.
Michigan does not have the funds and the Court cannot force them to spend it on case that was moot and had no standing.
Never, EVER, trust someone who wears a bow tie, unless it’s with a tuxedo.
You can search in vain for a source that is on top of this, that knows what is going on. There is a lot of debate about details and motives which is all just noise.

If the three states are thrown out Trump still wins, because he would still have a majority of the EVs COUNTED!

For all of the gloom and doom I keep reading about the recount madness, I can’t help but notice that the stock market, always sensitive to any type of uncertainty, is not all all concerned. It’s been soaring and opened at a record high this morning. The record highs were a direct result of Trump’s win.
That’s an egghead if I ever saw one.
