Hillary and the libs can't win this election, but they can tack an asterisk on it. Now they can add descriptive words like "disputed", "plagued with irregularities", "scandal-marred", "alleged improprieties" and a thousand others that yellow journalists use when they're trying to influence public opinion.
It also keeps the protestors energized and out on the streets, instead of accepting the will of the people. This buys another two weeks of blocked highways and mob violence.
And this all goes in Trump's bio, too, how he may have cheated, how his term started with a popular revolt against him, etc.
