A few thoughts on the recount effort to overturn the election.
Jill Stein’s recount request raises many red flags. Why?
Jill Stein tweeted systematically against Hillary during the campaign… why would she now want to help Hillary’s campaign? A recount will not help her become President in any way.

It is probably a deal where she gets money so she can run for another office. The other hope is that the media will do anything to sink Trump enough to get a democrat elected POTUS in 2020.
Jill gets money, and Hillary gets to subvert democracy.

I heard something about a Federal law to the effect of if votes have not been recounted by Dec13, the State’s electoral votes cannot be counted.
She is learning very late what 90% of the word learns very early:
Deserving or not; all the effort, hard work, goodwill—and, yes, cheating and shenanigans—in the world doesn’t guarantee you a damn thing.
Can someone in the know explain how this works?
Wisconsin has already agreed to a recount, and the others likely will in the next few days when she files the paperwork.
This stinks to high Heaven.
This recount shenanigan just shows how the Democrat Party leadership(?) has been decimated. Any winning team has a strong bench.

I believe that’s correct but I think if neither candidate has 270 Electoral votes then the election goes to the House of Representatives for a vote...which is controlled by Republicans. But since Hillary needs all three states to go her way, if even one of them has their votes discarded then Trump will (I assume) win the House Vote. So she would not want the votes discarded. I am completely open to being told I’m wrong on this.
They - Hillary/Soros - paid her to do the recount. Paying off all her campaign debt, paying for tge recount via bot donors, and she keeps the extra.
He still ends up with more ec votes than she has.

I’ve never heard that, however, they have to be paid for the recount. No pay, no recount. Perhaps that is what you were thinking of.
I believe the states will do a fair job in recounting the votes, will be watchful that no shenanigans happen, and will re-certify the Trump victory so his electors can cast their votes for him next month.
We can’t trust Clinton or Stein (or Soros, etc.), but we can trust that there won’t be 3 states that all magically find exactly the right criteria to give votes to Hillary and/or remove votes from Trump in sufficient numbers to overturn the initial outcome. She can “win” 6 coin flips against Bernie in Nevada but this hurdle is simply too much for their cheating to overcome.
