Ryan's in the House and is irrelevant with regard to Presidential appointments. Plus the House is not likely to go Democrat this year. If you want to replace him with a Democrat, feel free.
McConnell has not pushed through Obama's Supreme Court nominee so far and there is no reason that he will do so after the election. His term is not up until 2020. If he pushes any Obama nominees through after the election he can count on every conservative in the country campaigning against him.
Sadly EEE thinks that Ayotte would actually vote in support of a President Trump. More likely she'll decide to cross the aisle and vote with the Democrats. After all she's campaigning for them right now.
She's pretty much ruined her chances of winning anyway at this point, the rest of the anti-Trump senators better get ready to greet Senator Hassan.
