Ryan's in the House and is irrelevant with regard to Presidential appointments. Plus the House is not likely to go Democrat this year. If you want to replace him with a Democrat, feel free.
McConnell has not pushed through Obama's Supreme Court nominee so far and there is no reason that he will do so after the election. His term is not up until 2020. If he pushes any Obama nominees through after the election he can count on every conservative in the country campaigning against him.
McConnell will do whatever he wants in the lame duck session.
Bet the farm it’ll be 99% opposed to what is in the best interests of this country.
He’s holding fire on the SC nominee till after the election.
