regarding college funding: Propose a system where colleges and universities would be funded by a percentage of the gross earnings of the student after graduation for x number of years.
It would makr institutions of higher education accountable for the quality of the education they delivered...

I selected both of your other choices as well as rights of the unborn because the "right to privacy" which is NOT in the constitution is what took those rights away. I also put Islamic extremism which Hillary and Obama do not like to talk about. but which is a threat to the whole world!
Here’s my advice for Mr. Trump for all the debates….and some of this comes from previous discussions here on FR.
Governor Pence found out the other day what a nasty individual Martha Raddatz from ABC was when she badgered on and on about birther issues. Apparently she will be co-moderating the upcoming October 9 Presidential Debate with CNN’s Anderson Cooper. It doesn’t matter…. The following advice applies to all the debates no matter who is moderating them.
We already know that the media is held in extremely low regard. Have you heard all the booing every time the media gets mentioned at the Trump campaign events? What Trump should do is basically run a parallel information event on his website that is updated in real time to the debate itself.…for every topic under discussion, the site should be posting information complete with links so that the savvy watcher to the debate can do some fact checking on their own…. both for what Trump and Clinton are saying. A summary of this information should also be going out on tweets. This should in fact start before the introductions and include information about the debate moderators with regards to what is known about their background, character, history and biases. For the October 9th debate, Trump’s introduction could go like this….
“To my fellow Americans watching this evening, I’ve been telling you for some time about the dishonesty in the media. Before this debate starts, I want you to know something about the background of the moderator, just so you understand their bias against conservatives and against me. Tonight’s debate is being moderated by Martha Raddatz. Here is a brief overview of what you should know about Martha…..and much more information can be found right now at https://www.donaldjtrump.com/ .
In 1991, tonight’s moderator Martha Raddatz married Julius Genachowski who was a Harvard Law School classmate of Barack Obama. They also served at the Harvard Law Review together. A few years ago, Obama appointed Genachowski to head the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). It’s a matter of record that Obama went to their wedding, years before he became a national politician. I’ll leave it up to you to watch for any bias tonight with how she handles this debate!

WELL, HERE IS A START -—
Good evening. I am honored to have the opportunity to be here tonight.
Ladies and gentlemen, our political system is broken. The elites of the political class have enriched themselves at the expense of the American people for whom they are supposed to work. Washington D.C. has become a cesspool and no one within that cesspool has any ability or interest in cleaning up the mess. Only an outsider can clean it up and that is why I ran for the presidency.
When public officials can hide documents from FOIA requests, destroy documents that belong to the people, and convince those with evidence to plead the 5th, something is really, really wrong.
If I am fortunate enough to be given the awesome responsibility of being your president, the cleanup will begin on January 20, 2017.
Those who work in my administration will raise their hand and swear an oath. If they do not do their jobs, they will be fired. If they work for their own interest, they will be fired. If they hide documents, disobey subpoenas, and plead the 5th Amendment, they will be fired. And if any of them have committed a crime, my Justice Department will prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. They work for you and I have no tolerance for those who will not do their jobs.
My administration answers to you, the American people. Every action I take will be for the interest of our country. That is what is expected from the President of the United States.
