Hillary’s eyes appeared not in-sync with one another, as the left eye looked to be cock-eyed and displaced, especially as she looked towards the left.

At least a couple of years ago, I noticed that one of HRC’s eyes was out-of-kilter, but I thought that that what being wall-eyed is. (I have an acquaintance who has one eye that drifts off a bit.) Could be benign, but it's definitely real, because I noticed it a long time ago.
