Ohio is Trump’s at the moment if southern Ohio means anything.

Because of this, I would strongly encourage getting mail in ballots in the hands of the common people as soon as early voting opens up.

I am in Wisconsin. And I have seen few signs. But the Trump signs outnumber the Hillary signs 5 to 1. I just don’t see her signs. Maybe the are not printed yet.

And I definitely see Trump signs where there were virtually none a month ago.

Last week at home the doorbell rang.

An older gentleman from up the street asked if I knew where he could get a Trump sign like mine. I gave him info on the just opened Republican HQ and went down and picked one up for him and delivered it to him. His wife was more gung ho than he was. They are both Latino.

Also quite a number of signs just say “Make America Great Again”.

I have seen G. Johnson signs, 2 so not many.

Very small in comparison to the Ron Paul signs from last time that I’d see.

I tend to think of signs as being evidence of intensity of support, not necessarily breadth of support. More signs means people who are really excited about their candidate, but not necessarily more people supporting that candidate.

That being said, I still think Trump is winning right now. IIRC, the last Ohio poll had him up by 3%, and I can’t see any reason to think that’s not legitimate.

In 2012 Pennsylvania had almost 0 Obama signs in Delaware and Montgomery Counties...and Obama won easily.

I don’t think yard sign comparisons are predicative at all.

A bigger question is will the Democrat machine really turn out the votes in the urban areas? Can Trump swing 10% of that vote?

Personally, I think it looks good for Trump but for the potential fraud.

we have to win big!

Not to be a downer, but do the same tour in Cleveland and surroundings.

Hamilton, Butler and Warren Counties are strongly Republican but the Northern Counties favor Dems.

Oberlin, Amherst, Lorain, and much of Cleveland will vote 110% for Clinton.

Having traveled southern Ohio for 30 years I applaud your perception, I would only caution about the northern Ohio situation. I pray you are right.

If true that Clinton is in a near tie with Trump in Ohio, this can only mean she has dispirited followers who are not inclined to let others know of their support for the most corrupt candidate ever to run for the presidency of the United States of America.

Well, I live in a bedroom community of “Hollywood,” and of course since the people here think they are better than people not in the “industry,” they must quite naturally be smarter than the rest of us, and THEY think it’s ok to plaster their cars with I’m With Hillary or Hillary for America.

Though, I think here what we have is a LOT of secret Trump supporters who just don’t want their cars and houses targeted. There is a lot of vermin roaming these streets here, nice houses to break into and steal packages from. There is way more crime here than ever before. The have nots are quite desperate for drug money etc and I think a lot of people are feeling fear. Every night there are some Protected Species seen on security cams (I’m on their neighborhood watch private Facebook group) up to no good. Lots of theft and robberies. It didn’t use to be this way here.

There's a HUGE difference between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama when it came to campaigning. Obama was everywhere when it campaigned and because of his relative youth (48 during the 2008 campaign and 52 in the 2012 campaign), he was treated like a rock star and got huge audiences at every rally. Hillary? She gets tiny audiences and her public appearances have been not very inspiring indeed (that speech she gave two weeks ago with that Art Bell conspiracy theory tone turned off way too many voters).

Honestly, I supposedly should have received Trump bumper stickers but haven’t. They are really slow getting this stuff out.

In AZ I have seen NO yard signs period, maybe a dozen Trump stickers, one Cankles sticker, and a couple of Bernie stickers.

But going to Vegas last week, in Wickenberg, there were two massive billboards on each side of town, “Hillary for PRISON.”

About a week ago, I was driving through the downtown section of my town of about 15,000.

Many of the 2nd floors in the old buildings were being used for storage or dust collecting. Then, some industrious contractors began turned those upper floors into swank/fancy/expensive apartments.

As I drove a small sign in one upper window caught my eye: Vote Trump.

That was the ONLY politician sign I have seen so far.

In 2012, I saw may a half-dozen Romney signs and one Obama sign.

I live in a lib part of my town.

Still only 5 Hillary signs. Two of which are at one house. Green party + Bernie holdouts are around 9. One for Gary Johnson.

Note: Sanders won my area handily in the primaries.

Surprisingly 2 Trump signs around here. Most of the rest 18 I’ve seen (more than a few handmade) are in the more blue collar + old Polish + redneck parts to the north.

The local Dem HQ is like a ghost town compared to 2008. They aren’t even prominently display Hillary signs in the window. More for local candidates.

It appears that the "stuff" drip, drip, dripping out of the Clinton Crime Syndicate has finally turned corrosive. FINALLY!!

But it begs a question that DOES NOT augur well for our nation's future: WHAT THE HELL TOOK SO LONG????

(Sent this out as email to lists and put it everywhere I could on FB)

Well done. And,yes, I pray that your "survey" IS accurate. A former fellow Buckeye from Cleveland)

I'll add my own anecdotal observations. I went back to my old neighborhood in Massachusetts over the weekend. I saw at least a half dozen Trump signs and no signs for anybody else. During 2012 and 2008, I saw lots of Obama signs - zero for Crooked Hillary. Though I did see a Crooked Hillary bumper sticker on a Volvo.

Back to my current neighborhood in southern CT, there's one Crooked Hillary yard sign and the rest are all Trump signs. Not very many of them but I expect around October, they will be everywhere. I read somewhere where the Trump campaign plans to print out and deliver MILLIONS of yard signs across America by having volunteers drive around neighborhoods and asking for permission from homeowners - part of their ground game effort.

There are Trump signs all along Interstate 5 in central California. Also signs saying, “Dustbowl brought to you by the US Congress.”

also anecdotal....but I have correctly called many a state house race based upon “earned signs” ie, signs placed in the yards of voters....as opposed to “bandit signs” placed in right of way or vacant lots.

so, what you report is relevant. it really is. maybe not decisive...but very relevant.

My brother inlaw came home to his house and saw that the neighbor put up a hitlery sign in the front yard and thought, oh jees. Then upon closer look it was a hitlery for prison sign! lol
