Really, the President is sending a bill? I suggest he review the Constitution where it says bills originate in Congress. The President can propose all he wants - but no bills come from his Office.

The Senate should throw it on the floor, stomp on it (symbolic to muslim oriented 0bama) and vote it down with lots of news interviews. They should say that after the Iran nuclear sellout they cannot trust the democRATs with anything.

Maybe it is coming, and maybe it isn’t. The discussion continues, and it’s not Obama’s decision to make alone.

Lyin Paul Ryan will be chomping at the bit?
Hopefully, Trump’s endorsement put the kibosh on this passing.

“Wonderful news......for Trump.”
Hillary just came out against TPP a couple of days ago. I wonder what she’ll do if a bill pops up? Would that allow her to distance herself from Obama is some way?

Oh, please, God, NO! That thing is a DISASTER for America! No telling what gun-grabbing, freedom-denying statist bullcrap is in the TPP!

The smug bass turd is rushing to cram more things down our throat, just like he did with disasterous Obamacare.
Complete Marxist prick.

Peggy Noonan’s piece is really good today.

And I have my own misgivings that any Republican ‘leader’ is opposed to TPP.

"We are part of a global economy. We're not reversing that," Obama said, describing the necessity of international supply chains and the importance of the export sector to U.S. jobs and the economy. "The notion that we're going to pull that up root and branch is unrealistic."Those are fighting words and hate speech. Heeling America. Unfortunately that sentiment is shared by the majority in congress and the many many imposters on Free Republic. The vast majority of Americans do not want TPP.

He has to push it through before Trump gets elected.
No doubt, most Republicans will support it.

It’s infuriating how hundreds of “representatives,” few who have held real jobs, even fewer who have signed a paycheck on the front side, present themselves as experts on the economy. Their promises of great programs leading to great results usually result in personal wealth growth and many unintended consequences to the rest of us.
