I disagree strongly. They already knew who they wanted to take out in this staged event. They may have learned of a few more, but the tens of thousands they have imprisoned were already on lists, I believe.
Doing something rational like that might have taken focus away from lgbt training and outreach, as well as getting women into combat arms. Where are your priorities?
