Democrats to give Trump 'rude awakening' in summer onslaught
yahoo.com/news ^ | June 19, 2016

Donald Trump's unconventional campaign is about to feel the heat of political organization.

Hillary Clinton and her Democratic allies have invested at least $41 million in commercials in crucial states such as Ohio, Florida and Nevada over the next six weeks, a series of summer broadsides against her Republican opponent. Those messages will be echoed by hundreds of Clinton workers in those same states and amplified by President Barack Obama and other top Democrats.

Trump has made few preparations for contending with that sort of well-oiled political machine. His campaign has no advertising plans and is just now hiring employees in important states. Republican leaders are far from in agreement on how best to talk to voters about the polarizing billionaire, or if they will at all. And Trump is running out of time: Early voting starts in Iowa in just 3 1/2 months.

"It's political malpractice," said Mitch Stewart, Obama's 2012 battleground states director and a Clinton backer. "He's in for a rude awakening. This isn't a national vote contest where you can be on cable news every day and dominate coverage. This is literally going state by state and coming up with a plan in each."

I do not believe this will be a typical 50+1 battleground state type election.

Either Trump wins in a landslide, or he loses in a landslide.

And Jeb spent $30 million in the brief time he was in it. Money alone means zip. Even money and a machine have a hard time with Trump. I sure do hope Hillary is planning on spending her way into the White House. A failure could cause her to spend too much and leave her broken financially, politically, even more broken ethically, and ultimately, physically if her donors want some kneecaps.

Hillary is recycling the ads from the Jeb superpac that didn’t work in the past. She is getting played by her consultants.

We heard this same kind of Chicken Little stuff during the primaries too. We heard how Trump "has no ground game" and all last summer and fall we heard about how Trump was going to get his "comeuppance" once the people started voting because Trump could not possibly survive the negative campaigning that was coming his way. We heard about how Trump just did not have an answer for the establishment political apparatus to be arrayed against him. As recently as two months ago, people were saying that Ted Cruz had completely outmaneuvered Trump in the delegate selection process is that he (Cruz) was setting himself up for an easy nomination victory as it was "impossible" for Trump to get to the 1,237 he needed on the first ballot.

One thing that has been established over the past year - the anti-Trump people have been proven to be consistently wrong. Over and over and over again.

One question the Democrats may not have asked themselves: Does anybody watch TV anymore?

The GOPe seem to think Trump can do it without their machine. I suspect, in an age of “just in time” these graybeards will be shocked at just how quickly a grassroots Trump machine can rise up. Think of the energy those folks will bring. Knowing they are independent of the GOPe. An army of cobblers won’t be able to keep up with the shoe leather those folks would burn. OTOH, Hillary’s machine is not going to have much if any shoe leather requirements. The primary voting is an indication of relative strengths and last I heard Trump beat Hill pretty badly in primary votes. Sure Hill had Sanders but Trump had Sanders times sixteen.

“...political organization...”

“...well-oiled political machine...”

I think it’s really funny that they STILL haven’t figured out that the American public is is onto them and don’t trust the “politics as usual” crowd anymore....

Trump is fresh and is what the people want............

Over $100 million didn't help Jbush move the needle more than a point or two.

Clinton likely has a similar problem to Trump: those who are going to vote for her are going to regardless, just like those who are going to vote for Trump are going to regardless.

Same with the dislikability -- those who don't like her now won't like her tomorrow, although Trump might gain in that category as the conventions and election get closer.

Agree and what he experienced in the primaries is kittens play to what he is about to go through in the general.

All should be concerned

Democrats? Rude? ROTFLOL. I dont think so.

==============================================

Trump needs 1-2 cutting ads, a couple tweets, and Hillary's done for.

"Hillary, you're going to be president one day, and
my getting leiniskied is gonna be your biggest asset."

"A vote for me is a vote for a Fully-Fornicating Society.
I pledge non-stop aggression over the unborn.
I will end the punishment of an unwanted birth."

================================================

HILLARY'S "HEART OF GOLD" CAMPAIGN STRATEGY Plans to showcase her "kind-heartedness and compassion;" dedicated to sucking-up to the snarling abortion worshippers. Will use the classic Democrat MO---upping the political ante to pump her sagging numbers.

===========================================

Hillary knows the genital-sniffing Planned Parenthood abortion worshippers who populate the Dem party are crazy over the Clintons.

Bill and Hillary are the living breathing embodiment of The Fully-Fornicating Society w/ none of the evidence of sexual activity.....the "nuisance" of an actual child being born.

Hillary and Bill successfully exploited Bill's ability to have sex w/ younger women.

Bill gives sex-obsessed lefties a vicarious thrill....visions of the married, gray-haired Clinton getting a young WH intern to crawl under his desk to give him a BJ is better than Viagra.

Trump racks up frequent flier miles. Has his standard 7-15 k rally, sometimes up to 30k going. He does his Trump thing. Local media covers the hooligans and their Mexican flags attacking rally attendees. Trump has national coverage because of the internet as well as cable. Toto we aren’t in old campaign world anymore

Democrats will unite as they always do. There will be wall to wall endless commercials, media lashing on every main Internet news source, endless coverage of attacks.

Trump has experienced nothing yet, not in the least. He best sharpen his verbal messaging or this will be an epic roasting
