more lost jobs = more Democrat voters. Is it all starting to make sense?

and it’s going to cause a job loss across this country like you’re not going to believe,” Rensi added....

Well you would think.
But lets use San Fransiconista as an example.
City passes 15 an hour minimum.
McDonald that employs 20 lays off 10 and brings in 4 robots.
San Fransiconista passes law that states no business that has less then 100 employees can use robot as employees within the city .
Face it businesses you and us the consumer are going to get screwed one way or the other.

Robots can’t claim sexual harassment either (I hope) :-).or racism,or ageism,or go home sick.

No downside for the employer.

I know how to solve this problem and keep the minimum wage at $15.

The new Quarter/Ouncer with Cheese. $4.85 for sandwich only.

$7.65 for the Meal Deal

On the comedy VEEP they have congressional hearings because the administration is secretly lobbying against their own legislation.

That could very well become a reality if politicians are held to the promises they make to get themselves elected.

The goal of communist politicians is to destroy the economy across all sectors. They want a very tiny elite (including themselves) to rule over the smoldering ruins of a once great country. They will sacrifice millions of people to live in a pathetic gated community for a few years until the next revolution overthrows them

The Marxists are having their stupid social experiments fail left and right. There is going to be so much “I told ya so”s in the air they may opt for jumping off a tall building before the Muzzies make them...

Went to a new frozen yogurt store which just opened in our neighborhood. Had a coupon for $5 off a sundae which I needed to use before this weekend.

You enter, pick up whatever size cup you need, place your cup in what looks like a tray with a hole in the center, fill your cup from a machine, the tray serves as a scale which weighs your cup, a voice tells you the cost of your choice, asks you if you want toppings and if you answer yes, a whole bunch of buttons with lights behind them appears. Push a button and the topping is magically placed on the yogurt. Then the voice asked if we wanted another topping and there is a button that appears with “yes” or “no” on it. If you push no, a voice asks if you have a coupon. If you push yes, a slot opens up and you can feed your coupon in. Then there is another slot for your credit card. The receipt and card popped out in just a few seconds. At this point the voice told us to pick up our cup, reminded not to forget a spoon, thanked us, says please come back and tell your friends and you leave.

I’m sure someone was working behind the scenes and available in case something went wrong and to fill the machines. Once we figured everything out it was great. Product was wonderful and they had lots of choices. We will go back.

Neighbor said there was a ton of people going in and out earlier in the week, maybe some from the novelty.

They wont, they will just add a displaced human worker tax on each robot.

I like it. A Racetrak convenience store near us has a very similar set-up.

“When will the Marxists move to outlaw robots in he food industry?”

This is actually a serious question. It may seem very reasonable 20 years from now.

“The Marxists are having their stupid social experiments fail left and right.”

True, and it’s been ongoing for 100 years. But next time, after a few tweeks, it will work, for sure. Times have changed. Society just wasn’t ready for it. No, really.

There have been people posting in various places that robots will replace working people like crazy in less than 5-6 years.

One poster from a 3-letter company spoke of a large portion of the workforce being replaced.
