Like I said earlier in another thread, the pundit class shares a symbiotic relationship with the political class. Everything about how they’ve reacted this primary cycle makes perfect sense in that light.

Hardly, the GOPe got a candidate that they could work with. One that dines with the Clintons and golfs with Boehner. The only “fear” that the GOPe has of Trump is that his bombast will cost them support down ticket. There is no real objection to his positions.
Trump has already walked back the wall, said he is ok with taxing the rich and doesn’t mind perverts in the womens bathrooms.
I will still hold my nose and vote for him, even if he is just a little right of Hillary. To bad the Presidency is now down to the Marxist, the Criminal and the Dem-lite.
Some folks are beyond fooled. They’ve been hoodwinked and can’t get up.
