Rush as usual tries not to take sides in primaries. He also has tried to keep his sanity in the face of attacks like this one. He is still just as conservative as ever, he just isn't paranoid about it, which alienates the true believers.
This entire presidential cycle has created dogmatists by the millions driven by ego, top to bottom.
All of them sell their "truth" and their certainty of the future they see more clearly than us mere mortals.
The bottom line is few, if any of them can know everything, but they are willing to have hissy fits imposing their "religion" on everyone else.
It all boils down to individual instinct and gut feeling.
A leap of faith, given the abysmal circumstances.
I know who I'm voting for and why; half truths, omissions, distortions and puerile name calling can't sway me.
